We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Allpart Supply within 90 days of the original shipment. We must issue an RMA Number before accepting any returns or exchanges.
Returns are subject to a standard 15% restocking fee. If product is shipped to us without first obtaining an RMA Number, it is subject to a 35% restock fee. This is because not following the RMA procedure results in work stoppages, lost time, and lost productivity for our company. Items designated as either FINAL SALE or CUSTOM are non-refundable. If returns are not received in the 90-day RMA window, they will be considered null and void. In order to receive credit, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition. Used or damaged product will not be considered for credit.
Allpart requires that any issue, discrepancy or notable damage with shipments be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Product delivered in damaged condition should be notated as such with the carrier at the time of delivery. Any issues, discrepancies or notable damage with shipments reported after 48 hours of receipt are subject to denial.
Packages must be returned prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D deliveries and do not issue call tags.
If it is determined the reason for return is due to defect or incorrect part, we will issue a return label to use for shipping it back free of charge. A credit will be put on your account for the total amount of the original invoice (product and freight) when the returned parts are received and processed.
Allpart will ship replacement orders for defective product prepaid UPS Ground service. Expedited freight can be requested at the discretion and expense of the customer (less Ground service amount).
Please send your items back with a ship method that includes tracking or delivery confirmation for your protection.
Step 1: To process and receive credit for a Return or Exchange, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Allpart Supply.
Step 2: After obtaining an RMA number, please reference it the return address, as well as, on the outside of your package. Include the packing list with your returned items. Please make a copy for your records. Mailing address for Returns:

Step 3: As soon as we process your return package, we will credit the original invoice to your account, or the credit card used for the initial purchase. Refunds may only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
