Allpart makes sure that our bearings are built to last. We have made sealed roller bearing designs available for improvements in both strength and durability over other bearing designs. When a shop installs bearings, it has options. We work to give our customers choices so they can decide which design best suits their needs, even when attending to the smallest details.
When our customers told us they wanted us to stock all types of sheaves, we obliged with the best we could find in each category. What did we find? When customers select bushing design sheaves, for example, they will find sheaves manufactured with high quality oil impregnated bronze bushings for improved longevity. Allpart is not content to offer only standard sheaves and bushings, but differentiates to meet customer need with not only oil-filled bushings but bronze ones, at that. Quality and durability are hallmarks at Allpart, and we carry that mindset down to the smallest critical elements.
We also offer metal sheaves. We don’t just offer metal, though, but solid metal sheaves machined from high strength steel as an OEM replacement for inferior plastic pulleys. We listened when our customers complained about other plastic counterparts that buckled and caused work stoppages. We are here to ensure that our customers have as little downtime as possible, certainly to minimize that for which any lift part is responsible. We chose to offer steel sheaves to help prevent any part-related lift issues, even at the micro-level.
