Structural Lift Details
Allpart Supply is committed to providing its customers with dependable structural auto lift parts that last. To that end, our structural auto lift parts are manufactured with high quality steel per OEM specifications. Our lift parts are designed to take the load off operators and mechanics time and time again. Our structural auto lift parts assemblies are welded to certified welding specifications to eliminate doubt as to tolerances when a question arises. With structural auto lift parts from Allpart supply, mechanics can check the specs and know what the tolerances are. That knowledge results in relief both for the person working under the lift and the operator holding the liability and labor costs.
Because Allpart has high structural standards, we carry the original manufacturer structural assemblies, when available, for most applications. Allpart knows lifts, and therefore we realize where the weak joints are, where the liabilities lie for an operator over time. With those vulnerable spots in mind, we have identified problem areas and taken steps to help the operator avoid them. We provide OEM powder coating and prepare surfaces to prevent rust and corrosion so that operators don’t have to, just one step to ensure that with Allpart operators are protected beyond the normal buying expectations. We want to exceed operator expectations to encourage operators to relax when they buy our product, knowing their lifts contain dependable lift parts made to last.
At Allpart we fabricate many structural lift parts for discontinued lift applications, as well. If operators can’t find a lift part, we can create the lift part from scratch in our custom fabrication shop. Our custom fabrication house is dedicated to making obsolete or new parts to OEM specifications. We identify the discontinued part, fabricate it to OEM specs, and get it to the shop fast so the lift is back in action quickly.
Allpart also offers replacement columns, ramps, and cross rails for many discontinued lift applications, as we know often replacing one part can keep a lift going that otherwise would have to be replaced. We want to help operators when lifts are active and at rest. Allpart truly is All partner for operators and mechanics in the shop.
Allpart stocks replacement parts both for newer auto lifts and for discontinued models:
Allpart maintains an inventory of columns to fit most two post lifts and four post lifts. Because Allpart values well-manufactured products, our structural auto lift columns meet or exceed OEM factory specifications. Additionally, our columns are made from materials of the highest quality to promote resistance to wear. To help prevent the buildup of rust and corrosion Allpart ensures that its OEM columns are powder coated. Allpart also carries a wide variety of columns, including columns for many obsolete applications.
Allpart makes a point of carrying many common structural products for lift operators’ convenience, like crossrails for four post lifts. Like many of Allpart’s products, our crossrails are manufactured with high quality steel according to OEM specifications. At Allpart we don’t scrimp on form to cut costs. We don’t take chances with operator integrity or operation of the lift, and so we make sure our replacement crossrails are built to exact OEM specification for proper fitment and function. Allpart also ensures that all our crossrail assemblies are welded to certified welding specifications, making sure that operators get exactly what they ordered the first time, and that the crossrail assemblies fit as specified.
Overhead assemblies do not wear out often, but when they do, results can be disastrous. To help fix problems quickly and easily, Allpart makes complete overhead assemblies available for most applications. Additionally, Allpart keeps overhead limit switches and assemblies available for most applications. As with the columns we provide for two post and four post lifts, Allpart makes sure our overhead assemblies have a durable powder coating for superior appearance and to help prevent rust proliferation.
Allpart maintains an ample inventory of swing arms to suit a wide variety of both discontinued and new two post lifts. Our swing arms, like our crossrails for four post lifts, are manufactured with high quality steel in accordance with OEM specifications. To take our attention to detail a step further, the swing arm assemblies are welded to certified welding specifications so the joints hold and buyers can feel secure about the lift operation with the replacement swing arms in place.
To support superb lift function, Allpart checks the precise boring and location of swing arm pin positions for proper installation, as we know how frustrating it is to get the swing arm on the lift and discover that the pin won’t fit. We also make a point of supplying a positive swing arm slider and stop mechanisms to meet OEM specifications. We have made these product replacements ourselves on lifts. We understand specifically what mechanics are doing when they change out parts and order parts. We work tirelessly to minimize communication errors by asking many questions to ensure mechanics get the structural replacement parts that they need.
